Safe Solutions - Who We Are

Transforming Behavior. Protecting Communities. Ensuring Safety.

Safe Solutions is a nonprofit mental health clinic and training center dedicated to healing trauma and fostering growth. We offer compassionate, trauma-informed therapy for individuals and families affected by abuse, violence, grief, and high-stress environments. Our court-certified treatment programs also provide offender intervention services focused on child abuse, domestic violence, and stalking.

Our mission is to promote accountability and lasting change through a trauma-informed approach—supporting offenders in taking responsibility for their actions while deepening their understanding of the impact on victims, families, and communities.

We deliver care through VMR Therapy, built on three core principles:

  • Validation: Honoring each person’s unique experience without judgment
  • Meaning: Helping individuals make sense of their trauma and reclaim their story
  • Resilience: Strengthening coping skills to build lasting well-being

As a training center, we nurture future mental health professionals by providing hands-on clinical experience grounded in cultural humility and trauma-informed care.

Our Services Include:

  • Therapy for trauma survivors
  • Child and family counseling
  • Court-mandated treatment and parenting support
  • Group therapy and psychoeducational programs
